黄连解毒汤对2型糖尿病大鼠脾脏T细胞亚群的干预

目的:研究黄连解毒汤对2型糖尿病大鼠免疫状态的影响。方法:采用STZ腹腔注射联合高糖高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠,建立2型糖尿病模型。治疗6周后,称重脾脏并计算脾脏指数;免疫组化方法检测脾脏CD+4、CD+8T细胞亚群的表达,计算CD+4/CD+8比值。结果:黄连解毒汤治疗组大鼠体重显著下降,脾脏指数明显升高,脾脏CD+4、CD+8的表达显著增加(P<0.01),CD+4/CD+8比值显著升高(P<0.01),且明显优于二甲双胍对照组(P<0.01)。结论:黄连解毒汤可以有效控制2型糖尿病大鼠体重,对2型糖尿病引起的T细胞亚群异常有良好的调节作用。

Effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction On Spleen T Cell Subgroup of Type 2 Diabetic Rats

Objective ： To study the effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on immune status in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods ： The rat model of type 2 diabetes was made by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and fed with high sugar and high fat diet. After 6 weeks of treatment, the spleen weight, and the spleen index were calculated,immunohistochemical method was used to check the spleen expression and ratio of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋. Results ：There were significant difference between Huanglian Jiedu Decoction treatment group and Metformin control group. Compared to controls, the treatment group rats got markedly body weight loss, their spleen index and the ratio of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ were significantly higher,and the spleen expressions of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ were increased significantly（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively control the body weight of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and has good regulating function on abnormal T cell subgroup caused by 2 diabetes.
