清肝泻火法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床研究

目的:观察清肝泻火法治疗肝火旺盛型甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:将甲亢患者60例采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组病例均采用常规西医治疗,口服他巴唑片,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服中药,30 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率83.33%,两组对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均可调节甲状腺激素水平,与治疗前相比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后两组对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组在改善中医临床症状,减少副反应方面,疗效优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝泻火法能够调节甲状腺素水平、改善中医症状和体征、减少不良反应,比单纯西药治疗甲亢疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Liver- clearing and Fire- purging Therapy of Hyperthyroidism

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of liver - clearing and fire - purging therapy of hyperthyroidism. Methods ：60 patients with hyperthyroidism using random number tables were randomly divided into treatment and control groups with 30 patients in each. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine, oral administration of methimazole tablets. The treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine treatment. 30 days was a course of treatment, and the treatment lasted for 3 courses. Results：Treatment group＇s total effective rate 93.33 % and the control group＇s was 83.33%. There was statistical difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups both can regulate the thyroid hormone level and there was statistical difference after treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the two groups had statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Treatment group was superior to control group in improving TCM clinical symptoms as well as reducing side effects and the difference had statistics meaning （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Liver - clearing and fire - purging therapy can regulate the thyroid hormone levels, improve the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce adverse reactions and it is superior to Western medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism.
