| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨防治糖尿病足的中西医结合优化方案的临床疗效。方法:对糖尿病足患者进行分级管理,按照多级防治的中西医结合优化方案进行干预与治疗,观察疗效,并进行长期随访研究,观察复发率、截肢率。结果与结论:中西医结合优化方案防治糖尿病足总有效率达90%以上,具有低花费、低截肢率、低复发率等优势,临床疗效确切。
