| 摘 要： | 目的:研究早期先兆流产患者既往孕产次数的多寡与安胎结局的关联性,以使女性重视避孕,无妊娠计划者须严格避孕,避免或减少意外妊娠的发生,提高女性生殖健康意识,避免生殖相关疾病的发生,确保自我生殖健康。方法:采用回顾性资料,整理收集符合早期先兆流产诊断标准的234例患者,研究其既往孕产次数与本次妊娠安胎结局关系。结论:随着既往孕次的增多安胎成功机率下降,二者呈负相关;而安胎失败机率则随着既往孕产次数增加而升高。
