| 摘 要： | 疼痛、关节活动受限和肌力低下是人工全膝关节置换术后早期康复治疗面临的常见问题,通过分析推拿对膝关节疼痛、活动度和肌力影响,指出推拿可以用于人工全膝关节置换术后早期康复治疗。

| Abstract: | Pain,diminish on knee range of motion and degrade of quadriceps femoris are common complications after total knee replacement(TKR),many researches showed that massage could analgesia,impoveROM of knee and alsostrength muscular energy.Conclusion: Massage is useful in early recovery after TKR. |
