| 摘 要： | 目的：观察顺铂胸腔灌注合中药利肺汤对癌性胸水的临床疗效。方法：42例癌性胸水病人随机分为两组，治疗组23例采用顺铂胸腔灌注并口服中药利肺汤，对照组19例单用顺铂胸腔灌注治疗。结果：治疗组有效率95．7％，较对照组73．6％明显提高（P〈0．05）。治疗组较对照组化疗副反应明显减轻，生活质量明显改善。结论：顺铂胸腔灌注合中药利肺汤能显著提高癌性胸水的治疗效果，减轻化疗副反应，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinic curative effect of combined cis-platinum intrapleural infusion with Li Fei decoction in treatment for malignant pleuritic fluid.Method:Forty-two patients with malignant pleuritic fluid were divided into 2 groups at random.After close chest drainage,the treating group(23cases)was treated by Intrapleural Infusion with cis-platinum profess convinced Chinese traditional medicine Li Fei decoction;the control group was Intrapleural Infusion only with cis-platinum.Result:In treating group and control group the CR+PR were 95.7% and 73.6% repectively.The differentiation is significant(P<0.05),it decreased significantly the chemotherapy side-effect and improved live quality in treating group.Conclusion:Combined cis-platinum Intrapleural Infusion with Li Fei decoction in treatment for malignant pleuritic fluid significantly improved treatment effect ,decreased the chemotherapy deputy rection and improved live quality,it is worth while clinic application. |
