| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征(NS)的临床疗效及副作用。方法:选择难治性肾病综合征患 者32例,随机分为两组,西医治疗组(A组)15例和中西医结合治疗组(B组)17例,B组在A组治疗基础上不同阶段按 辨证加用中药,观察疗效、副作用。结果:B超总缓解率明显高于A组,且不良反应减少。结论:中西医结合治疗难治性 NS,可提高缓解率,减少不良反应,降低复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect and side-effect about TCM-Modern medicine treating the difficultly cured nephrotic syndrome Methods: the 17 difficultly cured nephrotic syndrome cases are divided into modern medicine group(A group) and TCM-modern group (B group),and are treated with modern medicine treat, but the B group also are gave TCM-modern treatment,and effect,side-effect are observed.Result:The rate of alleviation in the B group is obvious higher than that in A group, and more less side-effect.Conclusion:TCM-Modem medicine treatment can improve the rate of alleviation, reduce the side-effect and recurring rate. |
