摘    要:目的 :观察缺血后脑组织及外周血清TNF -α含量的变化及针刺的干预效应。方法 :以热凝法阻断一侧大脑中动脉造成大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型 ,采用放射免疫分析法测定缺血脑组织及血清TNF -α含量变化。结果 :缺血后各组动物脑组织及血清TNF -α含量均较同时段假手术组及正常组显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,针刺治疗后脑组织及血清TNF -α含量显著降低 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。结论 :醒脑开窍针法可显著降低缺血脑组织及血清中TNF -α的含量 ,从而减轻或抑制TNF -α造成的一系列脑缺血损害 ,发挥脑保护作用

Abstract:Objective :To observe the changes of TNF-α on focal cerebral ischemia rats and the treatment effect by the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture. Methods :Use thermocoagulation method to block rats′ single side middle cerebral artery so as to establish the focal cerebral ischemic animal model,and the content of TNF-α were assayed serially with radioimmunoassay method. Results :Contrast with normal group and the same time sham-surgery group,the content of the IL-1β in the ischemic brain tissues and the blood serum increased significantly from 3h to 48h after ischemia( P <0.01).After treatment with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,the content of TNF-α in the ischemic brain tissues decreased significantly( P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion :The Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can effectively decrease the content of TNF-α in the ischemic brain tissues and blood serum,reduce a series of brain lesion made by IL-1β,protect the ischemic brain tissues.
