中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死痰瘀证疗效观察——对神经功能及血清相关指标的影响

摘    要:目的:观察西药联合中药加味温胆汤治疗对急性脑梗死痰瘀证患者神经功能及血清相关指标的影响。方法:将64例急性脑梗死痰瘀证患者随机分为两组,对照组32例采用西医常规治疗;治疗组32例在西医常规治疗基础上给予加味温胆汤治疗,疗程均4周。结果:总有效率治疗组87.5%,对照组62.5%,两组比较差异有显著性意义P<0.05;两组治疗前后的日常生活能力(ADL)均明显改善P<0.01。治疗后血脂(TC,TG)、血液流变学指标明显下降P<0.05。提示:常规西药联合中药加味温胆汤治疗急性脑梗死痰瘀证患者疗效肯定,中西医结合药物疗法疗效明显优于纯西药治疗。
