辨证论治配合心理干预对中晚期喉癌患者生存质量的影响

目的:评价辨证论治配合心理干预对中晚期喉癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:63例喉癌患者随机分为治疗组(辨证治疗加心理干预)和对照组(辨证治疗组),并进行中医辨证治疗和心理干预。癌症治疗功能评价系统用于评价治疗前后的生存质量。结果:对照组治疗后在功能状况、临床症状、社会家庭和医患关系各维度积分没有明显变化,而在情感状况、生理机能评分方面有明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组除临床症状和生理机能没有明显改变外,其他各维度积分均有明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:辨证治疗加心理干预可以更好地维持或提高中晚期喉癌患者的生存质量。

Effect of Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Psychological Intervention on the Quality of Life in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer of Middle to Late Period

Objective:To evaluate the influence of treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with psychological intervention on the quality of life(QOL) in patients with laryngeal cancer of middle to late period.Methods:63 patients with laryngeal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with psychological intervention) and control group(treatment based on syndrome differentiation),treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation and psychological intervention were given.The cancer treatment function evaluative system was applied to assess the preoperative and postoperative QOL.Results:In the control group,the scores of the functional status,clinical symptoms,social family and doctor-patient relationship had no obvious changes,but the scores of emotional status and physiological function were obviously decreased(P<0.05).Except clinical symptoms and physiological function,the scores of all the other dimensions in the treatment group were obviously increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with psychological intervention can better maintain or improve the QOL of patients with laryngeal cancer of middle to late period.
