电针华佗夹脊穴与药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症比较分析

目的:观察电针华佗夹脊穴与药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,治疗组选取病变节段患侧的华佗夹脊穴施以电针治疗,对照组予以口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。结果:两组治疗前后自身对照均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但治疗组有多项评分在首次治疗24h后显著下降(P<0.05)。在首次治疗和疗程治疗后,治疗组的疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),对JOA量表生活能力评分的改善程度也明显大于对照组(P<0.05);但两组对VAS评分以及JOA量表腰腿痛评分的改善程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针华佗夹脊穴和口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛效果无明显差异,但电针疗法具有更好的整体疗效。
