中药利心Ⅰ号治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察——血清sICAM-1浓度及6min步行试验的影响

目的:通过对CHF患者血清sICAM-1浓度及6min步行试验的观测,观察利心Ⅰ号治疗CHF的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:选择40例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予利心Ⅰ号口服。采用酶联免疫法检测治疗前后两组患者血清中sICAM-1浓度,参照Vera Bittner报道的方法观测两组患者6MWT在治疗前后的变化情况。结果:2组患者治疗前血清中sICAM-1浓度均升高P>0.05,两组患者治疗后血清中sICAM-1与本组治疗前比较均降低P<0.01,且治疗组较对照组降低更为明显P<0.05;2组患者6MWT与本组治疗前比较均明显改善P<0.01,且治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异P<0.05。结论:利心Ⅰ号可降低CHF患者血清sICAM-1浓度,纠正细胞因子网络的紊乱;可改善CHF患者6min步行试验距离。

Influence of Lixin Ⅰ Decoction on sICAM - 1 Concentration and 6MWT in Patients of Congestive Heart Failure

Objective ：To investigate the effects of Lixin Ⅰ on plasma levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 （ sICAM - 1 ） and 6 minutes walk test（6MWT） in patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods：Forty cases were randomly derided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated by west medicine ,while patients in the treatment group were treated by Lixiu Ⅰ 150mL every time twice every day on the basis of conventional treatment. The levels of sICAM - 1 were measured in the two groups of patients＇blood by enzyme-linked immuneosorbent assay（ELISA）. According to the method in the Vera Bittner＇s report, the changes were observed by 6MWT before and after treatment. Results：The plasma levels of sICAM- 1 significantly increased in patients with CHF（ P 〉 0. 05 ） , which decreased after the treatment in both treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with those in the control group, the sICAM - 1 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The index of patients6MWT had improved greatly（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Lixin Ⅰ could decrease sICAM - 1＇s levels and improve the disturbance of cytokines network and the index of patients6MWT in CHF.
