| 摘 要： | 目的:观察川芎、鸡血藤、苏木、水蛭4种活血药对C57BL/6小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌不同阶段的移植瘤和肺转移的影响。方法:建立C57BL/6小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌肺转移模型,分别给予川芎、鸡血藤、苏木、水蛭单药灌胃,分3个时间点与模型对照组进行比较,动态观察各组抑瘤率和转移情况。结果:第5天,鸡血藤组和苏木组的瘤重与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),第10天,鸡血藤组、苏木组和水蛭组的瘤重与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05),第21天,用药各组瘤重与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。川芎组、苏木组肺转移灶数目与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:根据本实验4种活血药均有一定的抑瘤及抑制转移作用,但随着病期的进展作用逐渐减弱。
