| 摘 要： | 目的:观察祛痰化瘀补肾益气法对缺血性脑卒中发病3个月内认知功能改善作用。方法:新发脑梗死非痴呆80例住院患者筛选后分为治疗组47例和对照组15例,分别给予吡拉西坦与祛痰化瘀补肾益气法方药,应用简易智能状态检查量表和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(北京版)在发病14天、1个月、3个月评定认知功能并进行比较。结果:治疗后两组MMSE与MoCA积分较发病14天时均显著提高(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:祛痰化瘀补肾益气法对缺血性脑卒中认知功能减退经有改善作用。
