407例乳腺癌术后患者辨证分型规律探析

对 4 0 7例乳腺癌术后患者进行辨证分型以探讨其辨证规律 ,结果表明 ,患者出现气阴两虚证占绝大多数 ( 3 84例占 94 .3 5 % ) ,气血两虚证占少数 ( 2 2例占 5 .4 1% ) ,临床上出现气阴两虚同时伴冲任失调证 31 3例占76 .90 %。乳腺癌术后患者对侧有乳腺增生与冲任失调的辨证关系密切 ,肝气犯胃证型的出现与病程密切相关

Study on the law of syndrome types differentiated through 407 cases of postoperative mavnmary cancer

We had explored the rule of syndrome differentiation in 407 patients of breast cancer after operation.The results showed:The type of Qi-Yin exhaustion in breast cancer patients after operation was overwhelming majority(384 case,94.35%),Qi-Blood exhaustion was minority(22 case,5.41%).The appearance rate of Qi-Yin exhaustion companioning with Chong-Ren imbalance was 76.90%(313 case).Hyperplasia of mammary gland in opposite side was significant relationship with the type of Chong-Ren imbalance.The course of diseases was significant relationship with the type of liver-Qi infracting stomach.
