“健脾止泻、解毒祛瘀法”治疗放射性肠炎的临床研究

目的:观察"健脾止泻、解毒祛瘀法"治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例放射性肠炎患者随机分为两组,各32例,其中治疗组采用"健脾止泻、解毒祛瘀法"中药治疗,对照组采用左氧氟沙星联合蒙脱石散治疗。结果:临床疗效比较:治疗组的有效率为93.8%,对照组的有效率为71.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组病例治愈时间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);肠镜疗效比较:治疗组的有效率为90.6%,对照组的有效率为71.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗前后生活质量比较:治疗前两组KPS积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组KPS积分均明显提高(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"健脾止泻、解毒祛瘀法"治疗放射性肠炎能取得较好的临床疗效,明显改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Research on Methods of Strengthening Spleen to Relive Diarrhea and Eliminating Toxins and Removing Blood Stasis Treating Radioactive Enteritis

Objective:The clinical effect of methods of strengthening spleen to relive diarrhea and eliminating toxins and removing blood stasis treating radioactive enteritis was observed.Methods:64 cases of radioactive enteritis patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group;the treatment group was treated with methods of strengthening spleen to relive diarrhea and eliminating toxins and removing blood stasis and the control group was treated with lavo-ofloxacin and Mengtoushi Powder.Results:The clinical effect of the treatment group was 93.8% and in the control group was 71.9%;there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The cure time in two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Enteroscope effect in the treatment group(90.6%)was more effective than that in the control group(71.9%);there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Before treating KPS of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),after the treatment,KPS of the two groups were noticeably(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methods of strengthening spleen to relive diarrhea and eliminating toxins and removing blood stasis for radioactive enteritis have better effect and can significantly improve the quality of life.
