利用文本挖掘技术分析治疗类风湿关节炎中成药和西药使用基本规律

目的:利用文本挖掘技术探索中成药及西药治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的使用规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中采集(1978—2010年)治疗RA的相关文献,建立Access数据库,运用SQL对数据进行处理,结合人工降噪后,分析中成药及西药治疗RA的使用规律。结果:共有4455篇文献,结果显示:风痛宁片、丹参注射液、正清风痛宁止片、寒湿痹颗粒、丹参注射液、雷公藤多甙片、雷公藤片为治疗RA的高频中成药;甲氨蝶呤、柳氮磺砒啶、免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素、美洛昔康、沙利度胺依次为治疗RA的高频西药;雷公藤多甙片和甲氨蝶呤、吲哚美辛分别是联用时常用的中成药和西药。结论:利用文本挖掘能够找到高频使用治疗RA的中成药及西药,以及合用的中成药与西药,为分析中成药和西药治疗RA使用规律提供文献学依据。

Exploration on the Usages of Chinese Patent Medicines and/or Western medicines in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Text Mining Appraoche

Objective:To explore the data to reveal meaningful regularity of Chinese patent medicine and western medicine.In this paper,we propose an algorithm to retrieve simple and meaningful networks from large data sets of Rheumtoid arthritis.Methods:In the Chinese biomedical document database(CBM),therapy for RA(from 1978 to 2010) were selected to establish the related literature Access database,SQL was used for data processing,combined with artificial noise reduction Chinese patent medicine and western medicine therapy of RA were analyzed.Results:The results suggest Fengtongning tablet,Danshen Injection,Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet,Hanshibi granules,Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum,Leigongteng tablet are the commonly used Chinese patent medicine.Methotrexate,Willow nitrogen Pi acetamiprid sulfonylureas,Immunosuppressant,Glucocorticoids are the core west medicine.GTW,Methotrexate and Indumetacin are often used in conjunction with Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion:It can find high-frequency Chinese patent medicine and western medicine treatment of RA by text mining and combination of Chinese patent medicine with western medicine,providing philology basis for analysis on Chinese patent medicine and western medicine therapy for RA.
