| 摘 要： | 目的:对不同规格和部位的三七药材中三七总皂苷的含量进行比较。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定三七药材中三七总皂苷的含量,测定波长为560nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.25~1.25mg范围内,吸收值与含量呈线性关系,r=0.9970,平均回收率为98.86%,RSD=1.76%(n=5)。不同三七药材中三七总皂苷的含量在10.1%~32.7%(g/g)之间,以剪口中三七总皂苷的含量最高。结论:测得不同三七药材中三七总皂苷的含量存在差别的,含量趋势为剪口>60头>筋条>100头>无数头。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine and compare the total saponins in different specification and part of Radix Notoginseng. Methods ：The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was performed at 560nm. Results ：The linear range of Ginsenoside Rgl is 0. 25 -1.25mg, the correlation coefficient（r） = 0. 9970 ;the recovery rate was 98.86%, RSD = 1.76% （ n = 5 ）. The total saponins of Panax notoginseng was between 10. 1% - 32.7%. The highest content was from rhizoma. Conclusion ：The total saponins are different in different specification and part of Radix Notogiaseng of Panax notoginseng. The content trend is ： rhizoma 〉 60 tou 〉 root 〉 100 tou 〉 countless tou. |
