对如何发展中医理论的思考

随着高新技术革命、信息时代的到来 ,器官移植、转基因生物、智能芯片的出现 ,中医面临强大压力和挑战。中医理论缺少创新、临床日渐萎缩的危机也日益突现。从中医理论体系的形成、特点、缺陷、在发展中所面临的主要问题及未来的发展趋势几方面 ,对如何应对当前压力与挑战 ,实现中医理论真正意义上的发展提出了几点思考。认为在中医理论发展思路上 ,发扬“优势”重于保持“特色”。提倡以现代科学方法渗透和发展中医理论 ,使中医能以自己的优势真正走向世界。

Proposals on the theoretical development of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is facing greater and greater pressure and challenges from modern medical approches,such as organ transplant,transgenic engineering,and intelligent chips in the era of hi-tech revolutionaries and information exploration.It is evident that there is very little theoretical breakthrough in TCM and fewer and fewer patients seeking TCM treatments.The authors have looked into theoretical developmental properties and disadvantages of TCM.The focus was on the primary problems and trends in the development of TCM.Proposals have been given on how to deal with the present pressure and challenges of TCM in order to fundamentally develop TCM theories.The advantages of TCM should be stressed on along with its traditional properties.Further,modern technology should be applied to theoretically develop TCM so that the advantages of TCM will be globally recognized.
