| 摘 要： | 目的:基于定标活检技术评价半夏泻心汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(寒热错杂证)的疗效。方法:符合诊断标准的病例30例,随机分为治疗组(半夏泻心汤组)和对照组(胃复春组),3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组的临床症状,并在定标活检下观察胃镜下病理改变情况。结果:临床症状:两组在改善症状方面均有效,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),内镜疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤可显著改善慢性萎缩性胃炎(寒热错杂证)的临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To make the curative effect evaluation of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(cold-heat complicated syndrome)based on the calibration biopsy technique.Methods:30 cases met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(Banxia Xiexin Decoction group)and the control group(Weifuchun group),3 months was a treatment course.Before and after treatment the clinical symptoms were observed,and pathological changes were observed under gastroscope biopsy in calibration.Results:Clinical symptoms:two groups in improving the symptoms were valid,the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05),endoscopic curative effect had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction can significantly improve chronic atrophic gastritis(cold-heat complicated syndrome)clinical symptoms. |
