燥湿化痰法治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

目的:观察燥湿化痰法治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床疗效。方法:老年COPD患者128例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例。治疗组采用自拟的燥湿化痰汤治疗,对照组采用桂龙咳喘宁胶囊治疗,口服,1次5粒,1日3次。疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效、肺功能。结果:治疗组较对照组在改善老年COPD的临床疗效、肺通气功能方面更为明显。结论:燥湿化痰法能从整体上改善老年COPD患者的临床疗效及肺功能,改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Efficacy of Phlegm-resolving and Dampness-drying Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of phlegm-resolving and dampness-drying treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:128 cases of elderly patients with COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 64 cases in each group.Treatment group were given self-made phlegm-resolving and dampness-drying decoction,while control group given the Guilong Kechuanning Capsule orally,5 granules each time,3 times a day.The treatment lasted three months.The clinical efficacy in the two groups before and after treatment and the lung function were observed.Results:Treatment group had more obvious clinical efficacy of pulmonary function in elderly COPD.Conclusion:The phlegm-resolving and dampness-drying treatment can improve the overall clinical efficacy and lung function of elderly patients with COPD and improve the quality of life of patients.
