补肾养肝熄风方药治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病临床研究

目的:观察补肾养肝熄风方药治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例肝肾阴虚型帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组(n=46)和对照组(n=44)。对照组根据国际帕金森病治疗指南用药原则进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用补肾养肝熄风方药,连续服用12个月,试验终点时间为12个月。在治疗前、入组后每隔3个月及试验终点时间分别进行帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)、中医证候积分表、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分比较。结果:结果:治疗终点时,治疗组UPDRS总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组UPDRS评分与组内治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组有下降趋势,对照组有上升趋势。治疗终点时,治疗组ADL总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组ADL评分与组内治疗前比较均有上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗终点时,治疗组患者多巴制剂平均服用剂量小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾养肝熄风方药能有效改善肝肾阴虚型帕金森病患者的运动功能,同时减少患者服用多巴制剂剂量,相对提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical trial of Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction on Parkinson Disease with Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction on Parkinson disease with Yin Deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:Eighty-three PD patients were randomly assigned to the group and the control group.Both were treated according to the international medication guiding principle for PD treatment,and the treated group was administered with Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction additionally.The treatment course lasted for 12 consecutive months,and the end point was the end of the 12th month.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms Scale scores,Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)scores and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores were evaluated respectively before treatment,every 3 month of the treatment and at the end point.Results:After treatment,UPDRS scores in the treatment group had down trend,and that in the control group had a tendency to rise.UPDRS scores before and after treatment in two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),scores comparison at the same period between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,ADL scores in two groups had a tendency to rise,and the score before treatment was a statistically significant(P<0.01),scores comparison at the same period between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).At the end,the average amount of Dopamine preparations taken by patients in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,which could enhance PD patients’ activities of daily life and reduce dose of Dopamine preparations.
