异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型肝硬化期支配器官的组织形态学研究

目的:观察异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型肝硬化期支配器官的组织形态,阐明异常黑胆质体液对异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型肝硬化期肝脏病变发生,发展的影响。方法:根据维吾尔医学理论,采用多因素复合作用3周建立维医异常黑胆质证载体动物模型后,用二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱导建立异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型至发生肝硬化,分别采用光学显微镜和透射电镜观察其对各组大鼠的支配器官(心、脑、肝)的组织形态学。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型对照组、异常黑胆质证组和异常黑胆质病证模型组支配器官的组织形态明显改变,且与模型对照组相比,异常黑胆质性病证模型组损伤性病理改变更加显著。结论:异常黑胆质体液可能通过改变机体的支配器官的组织形态来促进异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型肝硬化的发生和发展。

Research of Morphological Structure of Dominating Organ of Combining Hepatocarcinoma Disease and Abnormal Savda Syndromes rat Model

Objective:To study morphological structure of dominating organ of combining hepatocarcinoma disease and abnormal savda syndromes rat model,ikdbr@yahoo.com.cnthree weeks,DEN was used furthurly to establish Combining hepatocarcinoma.Methods:Under the direction of uighur traditional medicine,multi complicated induction methods were used to establish abnormal savda syndrome rats model for disease and abnormal savda syndromes rat model.Observe by optic microscope the morphological structure of dominating organ(brain,cardiac muscle,liver) of combining hepatocarcinoma disease and abnormal savda syndromes rat model.Results:Microscopic examination showe that compared with the Normal group,Not only Model control group,Abnormal savda disease group and Abnormal savda syndrome model group have obvious morphological changes in dominating organs,but also compared with Model control group,Abnormal savda syndrome model group morphological changes seriously in dominating organs.Conclusion:Abnormal savda Hilit accelerates the inducing and developing process of hepatocarcinoma by changing morphological structure of dominating organs.
