中药口服加灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块64例

目的:观察中药口服加灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块湿热瘀结证的疗效。方法:将64例盆腔炎性包块患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各32例,治疗组用自制中药口服加中药灌肠治疗,对照组口服抗妇炎胶囊加康妇消炎栓纳肛治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程,观察两组疗效及治疗前后症状及体征的变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组疗效比较有显著差异P<0.05。结论:中药口服加中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块有良好的疗效,并能明显改善症状体征。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on 64 Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Mass via Oral Adminstiation Combining with Retention Enema

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on chronic pelvic inflammatory mass-induced damp-heat stasis via oral administration plus retention edema.Methods:64 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory mass were randomly divided into two groups:32 cases for each.One group as treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine via oral administration plus retention edema;the other group as control:was treated with anti-inflammation capsule orally and anal suppository;both groups were administered for 3 courses.The changes of symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment were observed.Results:The treatment group was markedly effective than the control:and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of TCM on chronic pelvic inflammatory mass orally plus retention edema was more effective:and the symptoms and signs were markedly ameliorated.
