疏肝活血法对慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者NIH-CPSI的影响

目的:探讨疏肝活血法及其组方丹七柴胡疏肝散对慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者NIH-CPSI的影响。方法:采用单盲法,将60例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组:左氧氟沙星治疗组(A组),左氧氟沙星合丹七柴胡疏肝散治疗组(B组)。A组内服左氧氟沙星;B组内服左氧氟沙星及丹七柴胡疏肝散。观察慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者NIH-CP-SI总分。结果:慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者疗效评价,B组(86.67%)与A组(53.33%)比较,收到满意效果(P<0.01),且B组NIH-CPSI总分(15.80±6.96)较A组(9.77±6.39)明显下降(P<0.001)。结论:加用疏肝活血法治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎能明显提高疗效,且能明显提高患者生活质量。

Effect of Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi and Activating Blood Circulationon NIH-CPSI of Chronic Bacteral Prostatitis Patients

Objective:To search the method of dispersing stagnated liver qi and activating blood circulation and its formula Danqi Chaihu Shugan Powder′s treatment effect on lowering the Chronic Bacteral Prostatitis(CBP)patients′ NIH-CPSI.Methods:With single-blind method,60 cases of CBP patients were assigned to 2 groups randomly:Levofloxacin group(A group)and Levofloxacin combining with Danqi Chaihu Shugan Powder group(B group).Group A patients took Levofloxacin;group B patients took Levofloxacin and Danqi Chaihu Shugan Powder.The CBP patients′ NIH-CPSI were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67% in group B and 53.33% in group A(P<0.01).The NIH-CPSI was(15.80±6.96) in group B and(9.77±6.39) in group A(P<0.001).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combining with Danqi Chaihu Powder can obviously improve the effect and the patients life quality of CBP.
