| 摘 要： | :采用饲高脂饲料的方法 ,形成家兔动脉粥样硬化 (AS) 模型 ,观察了中药软脉宁对 AS家兔血脂影响。实验结果表明 ,软脉宁能有效地防治 AS,显著降低血清总胆固醇 (TC) 、甘油三酯 (TG) 、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C) 、载脂蛋白 B(Apo B) 的含量 ,升高 HDL-C/ TC比值及载脂蛋白 Al(Apo Al) 的含量。实验结果提示软脉宁抗实验性家兔 AS的机制是降低血脂

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the author observed the effect of Ruanmaining(RMN in brief) on the model of experimental atherosclerosis(AS) in rabbits from physicochemical aspect.The results showed that RMN could prevent and cure AS in rabbits effectively.It could decrease the level of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(ApoB),increase the ratio of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) to TC and the level of apolipoprotein Al(ApoAl).It showed that the mechanism is decreasing cholesterol. |
