艾灸对脾虚大鼠骨骼肌细胞线粒体酶活性的影响

从分子生物学水平上阐述艾灸改善脾虚状态的作用机制 ,为祖国医学“脾主肌肉四肢”的理论提供科学依据。复制大白鼠脾气虚证、脾阳虚证模型 ,以中药四君子汤、理中汤作对照 ,观察艾灸“足三里”穴对脾虚证大白鼠骨骼肌细胞中线粒体 Na+ 、K+ - ATP酶活性的影响。结果 :本法可提高脾气虚证、脾阳虚证大白鼠骨骼肌细胞中线粒体 Na+ 、K+ - ATP酶的活性 ,并以此改善脾气虚证、脾阳虚证大白鼠的症状、体征及机能状态 ,其作用机制可能与提高细胞膜功能蛋白 Na+、K+ - ATP酶的活性有关 ,作用效果与四君子汤、理中汤相似。

Influence of Moxibustion on Mitochondria Enzyme Activity in the Skeletal Muscle Cells of Rats Modeled as Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To expound the pathogenesis of moxibustion promoting the spleen-dificiency condition from the level of molecular biology and provide scientific lab foundation for TCM theory of "the spleen is responsible for the growth of muscles and four limbs".Method:In contrast with the Sijunzi Decoction group and Lizhong Decoction group,applying the compound factors of improper diet and defatigation to copy the rats-models of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome and spleen-yang deficiency syndrome,influence of moxibusting"Zusanli"on mitochondria activity of Na -K -ATP enzyme in the skeletal muscle cells of rats modeled as spleen deficiency syndrome is observed.Results:This method can increase the mitochondria activity of Na -K -ATP enzyme in the skeletal muscle cells of rats modeled as spleen-qi deficiency syndrome of spleen-yang deficiency syndrome and spleen-yang deficiency syndrome.Its pathogenesis is probably concerned with increasing the activity of Na -K -ATP enzyme in membrane function protein.Its effect simulates the Sijunzi Decoction group and Lizhong Decoction group.
