| 摘 要： | 目的:研究慢性盆腔炎机体免疫状况,寻找其免疫失调与月经周期的相关性。方法:对117例慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型患者疗前体液免疫和T淋巴细胞亚群的检测,整理统计得出结果。结果:湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎机体免疫指标存在显著异常,其病程、孕产次数及月经周期与免疫指标异常有相关性。结论:湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者存在免疫失衡现象;伴随病程的增加、孕产次数的增多免疫失衡机率增加,且经期较平时更易发生免疫失衡。
