| 摘 要： | 目的:研究金匮肾气丸含药血清对体外兔骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells BMSCs)增殖,细胞周期及凋亡的影响。方法:使用全骨髓贴壁法分离兔BMSCs,通过MTT法检测金匮肾气丸含药血清对BMSCs活性的影响,通过流式细胞仪(Fow Cytometry FCM)检测金匮肾气丸含药血清对地塞米松(dexamethasone DEX)诱导的BMSCs的凋亡率和细胞周期的影响。结果:金匮肾气丸各组光吸收值(OD)高于空白对照组。金匮肾气丸各组与模型组比较,Go/G1期细胞比例降低,S期和G2/M期细胞比例升高,凋亡率降低,并呈一定的量效依赖关系。结论:金匮肾气丸含药血清体外能够提高兔BMSCs的活性,促进G0/G1期的BMSCs向S期和G2/M期转化,促进BMSCs的增殖,降低地塞米松所致的兔BMSCs的凋亡率。
