参麦注射液对癌因性疲乏患者中医证候积分的影响及机制研究

目的:探讨参麦注射液对癌因性疲乏患者中医证候积分的影响及作用机制。方法:将120例患者,随机数表法分为实验组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上外加参麦注射液。记录Piper疲乏量表积分,中医证候积分及检查生化指标。结果:实验组疲乏程度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者血清中白介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)含量低于对照组,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液能降低癌症患者的疲乏程度和中医证候积分,从而提高患者生活质量。

Symptom Scores and Mechanism of Shenmai Injection on Cancer-Related Fatigue in Patients

Objective： To study the integral Chinese medicine symptom effect and mechanism of Shenmai Injection for cancer-related fatigue. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,60 cases in each.The control group used conventional treatment and the experimental group on the basis of routine therapy added Shenmai Injection. The Piper fatigue scale scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and biochemical index were recorded. Results：The degree of fatigue score was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Experimental group patients＇ serum interleukin 1（ IL-1）,tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）,transforming growth factor β（ TGF-β） content were lower than those of the control group and IgG,IgA and IgM contents were higher than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Shenmai Injection can reduce the degree of cancer patients with fatigue,reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,and thus improve the quality of life.
