| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨参麦注射液对阻塞性黄疸患者术后肝功能的影响。方法:将阻塞性黄疸患者分为对照组及术后12小时使用参麦注射液的治疗组,分别测定其手术前后外周血水平血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(Tbil)、直接胆红素(Dbil)、血清白蛋白(ALB)及肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF)活性。结果:自术后24小时开始,AST、ALT、Tbil及Dbil水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),术后第72h TNF、ALB水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后早期使用参麦注射液有利于阻塞性黄疸患者术后肝功能恢复。
