益肾健骨汤治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效观察

目的:观察中药复方益肾健骨汤配合西药治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将采用中药复方益肾健骨汤配合西药治疗的老年性骨质疏松症患者(A组)64例与单纯西药治疗组(B组)60例进行疗效统计。结果:益肾健骨汤配合西药治疗组有效率为92.97%,单纯西药治疗组有效率为84.17%(P<0.01)。结论:中药复方益肾健骨汤配合西药治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,提示中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Yishen Jiangu Decoction in Senile Osteoporosts Treatment

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangu decoction in senile osteoporosis treatment.Methods: On the basis of accumulated points of symptoms and index number of calcaneus,to statistics curative effect on 64 patients who are treated by Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with western medicine(group A)and the other 60 patients only treated by western medicine(group B),then contrast the difference effect between prior treatment and post-treatment,and the difference effect between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the group A is 92.97% while the group B's is 84.17%.Group comparison shows: there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The curative effect of Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with western medicine is obviously better than the single western medicine's.Conclusion:The curative effect to treat senile osteoporosis by the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is significant,and the way is worth to utilize by clinician.
