| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气养阴基本方对直肠癌放疗后气阴两虚证患者的治疗作用及对其免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2007年6月—2009年1月宁夏医科大学附属医院放疗科住院治疗的直肠癌放疗患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组只采用放疗,治疗组放疗期间服用益气养阴基本方,随证加减,疗程为1个月。观察两组患者放疗前、放疗后30天气阴两虚证证候积分,并在放疗前后各测一次IL-2和TNF-α,观察放疗、益气养阴基本方对两组患者免疫功能的影响。结果:两组患者放疗后气阴两虚证侯积分均有升高,与放疗前比较,P<0.05;放疗后对照组气阴两虚证候积分升高较明显,与治疗组比较,P<0.05;两组患者放疗后IL-2和TNF-α都出现降低,而治疗组下降较少(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴基本方可以有效改善直肠癌患者放疗期间出现的气阴两虚证候积分和患者免疫功能,减轻放疗副作用。
