| 摘 要： | 目的:观察关格片对阿霉素所致肾功能不全大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:以阿霉素复制大鼠肾功能不全动物模型,随机分为肾功能不全模型组、关格片高、中、低剂量组,均连续给药28天。结果:关格片能使对阿霉素肾脏损伤大鼠尿量增多现象有明显的改善作用(P<0.05),对阿霉素致的肾衰模型动物的尿蛋白含量增加有一定程度的抑制作用(P<0.05);对阿霉素肾所致的肾脏损伤有一定保护作用(P<0.05);对阿霉素肾功能不全动物模型血清尿素氮和血清肌酐水平升高有抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:关格片对大鼠肾功能不全有一定的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The present study observed the renal function effects of dysuria and vomiting pill against doxorubicin-induced renal insufficiency in rats.Methods:Copy the rats renal insufficiency animal model by doxorubicin,the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:renal insufficiency model group,dysuria and vomiting pill high dose group,medium dose group,low dose group,each group continuous infusion 28 days.Results:The dysuria and vomiting pill has obvious effect on improving the urine volume increased again... |
