242例辅助生殖技术失败后女性中医证型分布规律及相关因素分析

目的:初步探讨辅助生殖技术失败后女性中医证型分布规律、各证型的常见症状分布特征及相关因素,为形成规范、客观的辨病辨证论治提供新思路,为中医妇科在人工助孕领域的临床辨证论治和科学研究提供流行病学依据。方法:采用回顾性、面访式调查研究挖掘流行病学资料方法,收集从2009年12月—2012年2月辅助生殖技术失败后的女性中医证候四诊资料,揭示此中医证型分布规律及各证型常见症状的分布;并分析年龄、不孕病程、职业、流产次数、异位妊娠次数、月经初潮年龄等因素与各证型的相关性。结论:①辅助生殖技术失败后不孕女性的常见中医证型依次为肾虚肝郁、肾虚肝郁血瘀、肾虚证、肾虚肝郁夹湿热;②中医证型分布以虚实夹杂证最多;③各常见证型中肾虚证与自然流产次数呈正相关,与年龄、体重指数、不孕病程、职业、月经初潮年龄、异位妊娠次数、行人工助孕的次数无明显相关性。

Research on Distribution of TCM Syndromes and Analysis of Related Factors in 242 Females Failure after Assisted Reproductive Technology

Objective ： Our research preliminarily discussed the distribution of TCM syndromes and analysis of related factors in failure after assisted reproductive technology（ART） , providing new ideas for forming objective syndrome differentiation and epide- miology basis ibr applying TCM gynaecology to clinical syndrome differentiation and scientific research. Methods ： Using clinical epidemiological research methods,collecting our diagnostic data of TCM syndrome in infertile women after assisted reproductive technology（ART） failure from December 2009 to February 2012, our research depicted the regularities of distribution and distri- bution of common symptoms and analyzed the correlation between the syndrome types and age, duration of infertility, occupation,number of abortion, and ectopic pregnancy as well as age at menarche. Conclusion ： （ 1 ） The common types of infertility women after ART failure were successively followed by kidney deficiency and liver depression, kidney deficiency and liver depression with blood stasis, kidney deficiency and kidney deficiency and liver depression with heat - damp. （2） The syndrome of simultaneous in- sufficiency and excessive was the most common among the distribution of TCM syndromes. （3） There was a positive correlation be- tween syndrome of kidney deficiency and spontaneous abortion times and had no obvious correlation with age, body mass index, duration of infertility, ectopic pregnancy, occupation and age at menarche as well as artificial assisted reproductive times.
