| 摘 要： | 目的:观察调理升降中药配合西药治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将35例早、中期慢性肾衰竭患者在西医常规治疗的基础上加用调理升降中药慢性肾衰,12周后观察血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),血红蛋白(Hb)和症状积分情况,并作治疗前后的疗效比较。结果:治疗12周后症状体征积分为(14.343±8.080)分、BUN(18.411±7.526)mol/L、Scr(392.45±192.26)mol/L、分别低于治疗前的(22.057±8.366)分、(21.237±9.119)mol/L和(428.07±199.57)mol/L(t=5.756,P<0.05;t=3.235,P<0.05;t=3.353,P<0.05);而Ccr(23.346±15.532)mL/min、Hb(102.000±17.592)g/L分别高于治疗前(21.017±13.894)mL/min、(94.600±15.953)g/L(t=-3.597,P<0.05;t=-6.101,P<0.05);均有明显统计学意义。治疗后总有效率为80%。结论:调理升降中药配合西药治疗慢性肾衰疗效肯定,是提高患者生活质量的有效方法。
