摘    要:目的:建立中药材重金属铅的检测方法。方法:样品经微波消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:各品种重金属铅的回收率为98.8%、RSD=1.85%。结论:该方法简便,准确,可较好地用于中药重金属铅的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method to determine the residence of Lead in Chinese herb. Methods:Dissolve the sample by microwave,and determine the content of Lead by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results:Recovery rate was 98. 8 % with RSD 1. 85 % accordingly. Conclusion:The method established was simple,feasible,accurate,highly sensitive and reliable,which can be used to control the residence of Lead in Chinese herb.
