| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通窍化痰汤治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例以通窍化痰汤治疗,对照组30例以脑复康治疗,疗程3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组为83.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组MMSE、ADL评分治疗前后及与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:通窍化痰汤治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：The therapeutic effect of Tongqiao Huatan Decoction（THD） on Alzheimer’s disease. Methods：The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups（20 patients for each） ：the treatment group treated with THD and the treated with Piracetam,the course of treatment was three months. Results：There was a significant difference （P 0. 05） between the effective rate of the treatment group（83. 33% ） and that of the control group（66. 67% ） ; the MMSE and ADL scores between the two groups were significantly different（P 0. 05,P 0. 01） . Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of THD on Alzheimer’s disease was obvious |
