自拟骨痹方治疗筋脉瘀滞型膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

目的:观察自拟骨痹方治疗筋脉瘀滞型膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将74例筋脉瘀滞型膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组37例,服用自拟骨痹方,对照组37例,口服美洛昔康片治疗,各组治疗4周后,用Lysholm膝关节评分对治疗前后两组病情进行评定,观察治疗前后主要症状及体征,并对治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果:两组治疗后疼痛、上下楼梯、膝部僵硬等症状体征较治疗前显著减轻,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟骨痹方对治疗筋脉瘀滞型膝关节骨关节炎有效,安全、无明显不良反应,值得进一步推广。

Clinical Curative Effects Observation on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis of Syndrome of Jinmai Bizu by Self-Made Gubi Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects of self-made Gubi Decoction for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with syndrome of Jinmai Bizu. Methods: 74 patients with knee osteoarthritis of syndrome of Jinmai Bizu were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group had 37 cases and used self-made Gubi Decoction. Control group had 37 cases and used Meloxicam Tablets. After 4 weeks,he Lysholm knee score was used to assess the two groups' condition. The therapeutic effects on symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment and the data was analyzed with statistic method. Results:After the treatment,melioration of clinical symptom and sign such as pain,up and down the stairs,knee stiffness,etc in both groups had significant difference. The treatment group's curative effect was superior to that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Self-made Gubi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with syndrome of Jinmai Bizu with no obvious adverse reactions. It is suitable for long-term using. The method is worth being further popularized.
