时辰化疗联合耳穴敷贴及中药浴足治疗非小细胞肺癌对淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的:了解时辰化疗联合耳穴敷贴及中药浴足治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选择96例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为A组:时辰化疗联合耳穴敷贴、中药浴足组;B组:时辰化疗组;C组:常规化疗组,按照预定方案治疗两周期,于治疗前和治疗后取外周血,采用流式细胞术测淋巴细胞亚群,观察患者治疗前后免疫功能变化情况。结果:A组外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD3-CD19+淋巴细胞亚群治疗后较治疗前显著升高;治疗后A组的CD3+、CD4+、CD3-CD19+淋巴细胞亚群较B组、C组显著升高。结论:时辰化疗联合耳穴敷贴、中药浴足治疗非小细胞肺癌较时辰化疗及常规化疗能显著提高患者免疫功能。

Chemotherapy Treatment Combined with Auricular Point Sticking and Foot Bath by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To understand the chrono - chemotherapy treatment combined with ear washes applicator and foot bath by traditional Chinese medicine for the lymphocyte subsets of non - small cell lung cancer patients. Methods ： 96 cases of non - small cell lung cancer patients were chosen and randomly divided into group A：the group with chrono -chemotherapy combined with ear applicator; herbal washes group B ： chrono - chemotherapy group ; group C ： conventional chemotherapy group. The patients were treated for two cycles according to a predetermined regimen. And their peripheral blood was taken before and after treatment separately, measuring by flow cytometry lymphocyte subsets, and we observed changes in immune function before and after treat- ment. Results ：A group＇s peripheral blood CD3^＋,CD4^＋ and CD3 -CD19^ ＋ lymphocytes after treatment significantly increased than those before treatment. After treatment, group A＇s CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD3 - CD~9 ＋ lymphocyte subsets were more significantly in- creased than those of B group and C group. Conclusion ： Compared with chrono - chemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy, chemotherapy treatment combined with auricular point sticking, Chinese medicine foot bath treatment can improve non - small cell lung patients＂ immune function more significantly.
