| 摘 要： | 目的:参苓白术散合痛泻要方结合复合行为疗法治疗功能性腹泻的疗效。方法:治疗组予参苓白术散合痛泻要方加减同时给予复合行为疗法,对照组予西药治疗。结果:治疗组中总有效率91.0%。对照组总有效率54.8%。两组治疗结果经统计学处理(P<0.05),有显著性差异,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:本方法疗效确切,简便易行,适合临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Senling Baizhu powder and Tongxieyaofang compared with compound behavior therapeutics treat functionality diarrhea.Method:The treatment group were taken Senling Baizhu powder and Tongxie yaofang add and subtract while given compound behavior therapeutics.The control group were taken western medicine only.Result :Treatment group total effectiveness 91.0%.Control group total effectiveness 54.8%.Two groups treat the result to process after statistics(P<0.05),has the significant difference,the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously.Conclusion:This method has accurate curative effect,easy to do and easy suits clinical promotion. |
