糖尿病前期证型分类的文献研究及系统评价

目的:对糖尿病前期中医证型分布规律及特点进行文献研究和系统评价。方法:计算机检索至2013年有关糖尿病前期中医证型研究文献,采用频数分布、层次聚类的方法整理糖尿病前期中医证型的文献。结果:共有14篇文献符合纳入标准,合并为24个证,统计分析表明气虚证、阴虚证、血瘀证、湿热困脾证较多。结论:经研究糖尿病前期主要证型为气虚证、阴虚证、血瘀证、湿热困脾证,脾虚湿湿证的相关指标较异常。

Systematic Evaluation and Literature Research on Distributive Regularity of Tradtional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type for Prediabetes

Objective: To systematically research the literatures on distribution regularity of syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) for prediabetes. Methods: Computerized retrieval of literatures to 2013 about distribution regularity of TCM syndrome types for prediabetes was carried out. The routine and single syndrome types of TCM were sorted out by using frequency distribution. After splitting the composite syndrome which was the highest frequency for clinical application,cluster analysis methods were used. The aim was to achieve the most appropriate syndrome type system for clinical application. Results: 14 literatures conformed to the inclusion criteria,including 24 syndrome types,the most common syndrome types were deficiency of qi type,deficiency of yin type,blood stasis type and heat-dampness accumulated in spleen type. Conclusion: Syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine for prediabetes are deficiency of qi type,deficiency of yin type,blood stasis type and heat-dampness accumulated in spleen type. The index correlation of heat-dampness accumulated in spleen type is not healthy.
