| 摘 要： | 目的:比较半枝莲不同药用部位野黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC对半枝莲不同药用部位野黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果:野黄芩苷在0.38~3.80μg之间,与吸收峰面积有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.52%,RSD=0.74%。结论:本方法快速简便,重现性好,野黄芩苷的含量因部位的不同而含量有差异。

| Abstract: | Objective: To Compare the content of scutellarin in the different parts of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae.Method: HPLC was used to determine the contents of scutellarin in the different parts of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae.Result: A good linearity was obtained between 0.38～3.80μg.The average recovery of scutellarin was 99.52%,with RSD 0.74%.Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and good reproducibility,the contents of scutellarin are different in the different parts of Herba Scutellariae Barbatae. |
