摘    要:目的:探讨高脂血症患者的炎症因子水平与中医辨证分型的内在联系。方法:在南京地区选取228例高脂血症住院病人,将其分为痰浊阻遏型、脾肾阳虚型、肝肾阴虚型、阴虚阳亢型、气滞血瘀型5个证型,探讨各证型与反映炎症各指标之间的相关性。结果:高脂血症实证组(痰浊阻遏型和气滞血瘀型)的血hs-CRP和TNF-α及IL-6水平显著高于虚证组(脾肾阳虚型和肝肾阴虚型)(P<0.01),表明前者的炎症水平要高于后者。

Abstract:Objective:To find the relationship between the marks of inflammation and syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in hyperlipidemia patients.Method:Two hundred and twenty-eight patients of hyperlipemia with no complication of heart,brain or kidney were selected and classified into 5 types according to SDT:phlegm-stagnation abundant type(A),deficiency of spleen-kidney yang type(B),deficiency of liver-kidney ying type(C),deficiency of yin while abundant of yang type(D),qi and blood stagnation type(E).Analysis and compare the correlated index.Result:The level of the marks of inflammation in the groups of sufficient(type A and type E)was significant higher than those of insufficient type(type B and type C)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of inflammation maybe one of the pathological basis for SDT in hyperlipemia.The marks of inflammation can be one of a standard in the SDT of hyperlipemia.
