妇科千金胶囊联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理分析

目的:探讨妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果,并总结护理方法。方法:选择我院收治的132例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,其中,观察组66例患者采用妇科千金胶囊联合西药进行治疗,同时辅以相应的护理干预措施,对照组66例患者采用常规西药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组患者,且观察组患者的腹痛、子宫压痛、盆腔积液以及包块等临床症状的缓解率均明显优于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科千金胶囊联合西药治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较佳的临床效果,同时辅以相应的护理措施更加有利于患者病情的恢复,值得临床应用。

Clinical Observation of Qianjinpian Capsule Combined Western Medicine for Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory and Nursing Analysis

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Qianjinpian Capsule combined with Western medicine for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, and to summarize nursing methods. Methods ：132 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups,including the observation group of 66 cases with Qianjinpian Capsule combined with Western medicine for treatment, and the control group of 66 ases with conventional medicine therapy. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.45 % in treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in control group. And the clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,uterine tenderness,pelvic mass including fluid and remission were significantly better relieved than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conchaion ： Qianjinpian Capsule combined with Western medicine for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, supplemented by appropriate care measures,is more conducive to the recovery of the patientscondition, and it is worthy of clinical application.
