痰瘀毒相关论

痰饮、瘀血、毒邪三者之间密切相关。毒能生痰、生瘀 ,痰饮、瘀血蕴久亦可化毒 ,从而形成痰瘀毒交夹的病理状况 ,因此也增加了疾病的急骤性、缠绵性和疑难性。治疗方面 ,既要毒痰瘀三者并治 ,又需分清其孰轻孰重 ,孰先孰后 ,寻因求本 ,抓主要矛盾。在外感热病 ,因毒致痰瘀夹杂者 ,则解毒为主 ,佐以祛瘀化痰 ;在内伤杂病 ,痰瘀蕴久化毒者 ,则活血化痰为主 ,辅以解毒。
