| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨慢性肾炎中医证型与几项重要的生化指标的相关性。方法:在文献研究的基础上回顾调查了200例慢性肾炎患者,使用SPSS统计软件分析该病种的证型分布与生化指标水平,探索其中医证型特点。结果:慢性肾炎患者的血脂水平及清蛋白和球蛋白水平在各证型间具有显著性差异,以脾肾阳虚证和水湿证患者血脂升高最为明显,脾肾气虚证、脾肾阳虚证和水湿证患者的清蛋白和球蛋白水平为最低。结论:慢性肾炎的中医证型与生化指标之间具有相关性。
