毒邪、邪毒概念辨析

近年中医文献中有关毒邪、邪毒的论述颇多,但其概念模糊。笔者认为毒邪与邪毒是两个既有区别又密切相关的病因概念。毒邪是广泛存在于自然界、侵入人体后对机体有毒害作用的外感邪气,是引起多种毒症性外感疾病的直接病因。邪毒是毒邪所含有的毒素或邪气在致病过程中所产生的毒性病理产物,是染病后对机体产生毒害作用的罪魁祸首。凡是毒邪均含有邪毒,而一般邪气并不一定含有邪毒。对毒邪与邪毒作出明确界定,有利于指导临床实践。

Discrimination of pathogenic toxin and toxin

More and more discourses on pathogenic toxin and toxin in recent years,but the concept of them are not very clear.Pathogenic toxin and toxin are concept in the etiology of TCM,which are both related and differentiated.Pathogenic toxin is one of exogenous pathogenic factors which are of widespread existence.Invasion of it can make man sick and is etiological factor of many exogenous diseases with toxic symptoms.Toxin is the pathogenic and toxic thing of development of diseases due to pathogenic toxin.It is the main cause of diseases caused by pathogenic toxin.Pathogenic toxin is marked by toxin,but the others not.Defining pathogenic toxin and toxin will be helpful for clinical practice.
