| 摘 要： | 肺间质纤维化为呼吸系统的常见病及疑难病,其病因繁多,病机复杂,刘荣奎主任医师指出本病重要的致病因素为毒邪,发病根源为热毒,并提出以败酱草清热解毒为基础来治疗肺间质纤维化,根据肺毒致病特点进行辨证论治,临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is a common and stubborn disease of respiratory system,with various etiologies and complicated pathogenesis.Director Physician LIU Rongkui points out that the important the cause of this disease is toxin and the root is heat toxin.He proposes to treat pulmonary interstitial fibrosis mainly with Baijiangcao(Herba Patriniae)through clearing away heat and removing toxin.He treats pulmonary interstitial fibrosis based on syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the pathogenic characteristics of lung toxin with significant clinical effect. |
