柴胡类方治疗双心疾病研究现状

心血管疾病患者兼见焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,或因焦虑抑郁等不良情绪产生类似心血管疾病症状的情况都可被归为双心疾病的范畴。对于双心疾病,临床上尚未有准确、规范的治疗方法,但疏肝气、和少阳的方法应用较为广泛。柴胡类方是《伤寒论》中和解少阳的经典方剂,通过概述中医药"从肝治心"治疗双心疾病的理论依据,综述小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗双心疾病的实验与临床研究现状,探寻中西医结合治疗双心疾病的更多可能。参考文献32篇。

Current Research Status of Chaihu Formulas in Treatment of Psycho-Cardiological Diseases

Patients with cardiovascular disease could show negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,while patients with depression could show symptoms of cardiovascular diseases,both of which pertain to psycho-cardiological diseases.There is no effective and standardized method to treat psycho-cardiological diseases in clinic.Soothing the liver and harmonizing shao yang is widely used in clinic.Chaihu formulas are the classic formulas for harmonizing shao yang in Treatise on Cold Damage.The theoretical basis for the treatment of psycho-cardiological diseases in traditional Chinese medicine was explored,and the current status of Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤),Dachaihu Decoction(大柴胡汤)and Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)in the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease were discussed from the experimental and clinical research to provide alternatives for the treatment of psycho-cardiological disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.There are 32 papers cited as references.
